Finspångs FVF - Medlem Rules for fishing licenses and members Finspångs FVF Regulations for conducting fishing within Finspång's Fishery Management Association: § 1 These statutes complement the regulations issued by the Royal Majesty and the County Board of Östergötland County regarding the protection and appropriate management of fisheries and apply to all fishing waters managed by Finspång's Fishery Management Association. § 2 Subject to the restrictions stated below, a member of the above-mentioned association has the right to fish in the fishing waters designated by the association with fishing rods, pikemen, casting rods, nets, ice fishing rods and fishing rods. Other fishing methods and fishing gear may not be used unless the association's Chairman, or his representative appointed in writing, has issued a special personal permit to the member. § 3 In streams, rivers and straits, one-third of the width (fishing channel) must be left free of fixed or movable fishing gear in the deepest part during low water conditions. § 4 The member has the right to catch bait fish with a net with a suitable mesh size for the purpose, but no more than 15 mm between each knot and with a maximum length of 15 meters. Fishing competitions/pimple competitions/fishing competitions organized by the association are exempt from these restrictions. § 11 All fishing for so-called salmon fish such as salmon, trout, char, rainbow, or other salmon-type fish that occur in their natural state in waters disposed of by the association may not be fished during the period from September 1 to and including May 1. Angling for the aforementioned types of fishing during the permitted summer period may only be conducted by a member with personal permission from the association's Chairman, or by this representative appointed in writing. Special agreement on special fees or measures to contribute to the protection of the fish species and the acquisition may need to be applied between the association and the member. The Board reserves the right to dictate these terms on a case-by-case basis. § 12 Fishing with nets and other fishing structures is reserved for the association and is therefore prohibited for individual members. § 13 Caught fish that are not intended to be released back must either be immediately killed or swamped. § 14 All members' equipment such as boats, sumps and fixed fishing gear must be marked with the member's name and number. Members with a specific permit for net fishing must mark the equipment with badges provided by the association. For nets that are laid in shallow water, it is enough to attach the tag to the stick, and for nets that are laid in deeper water, the guard is marked. For mjärde, the guard is marked at both ends. § 15 Fishing with so-called "row drag" may take place with a maximum of 2 (two) fishing gear per membership fee in the respective fishing waters. Motor trolling including electric motor is prohibited. § 16 Members have the obligation to report to the association all possible violations of the association's regulations and statutes. § 17 Targeted fishing for protected and red-listed fish species such as eel and aspen is strictly prohibited in all of the association's fishing waters. If these are caught despite the ban, the fish must be released immediately. § 18 In watercourses where the association owns the right to fish for salmon that have been planted, there are specific rules and regulations that are published in close proximity to the specific fishery. Membership in the association does not constitute permission to conduct fishing in these lakes, but for this a special permit/fishing license is required which is obtained by the association for a specific fee. § 19 The above regulations apply until the board presents any changes and these regulations replace all previous editions of the association's regulations.
