Norra Ny FVOF All fishing licenses, except for Put and Take, are family licenses with children up to 15 years of age. Family includes those who share a household, mother, father and children, as well as grandparents who fish with their grandchildren. Children up to 15 years of age have free fishing, except when fishing in put n take when minors fish on their guardian's fishing license! Only hand tools such as spinners, reels, flies, fishing rods, fishing rods and fishing rods may be used. Annual passes valid 1/4 - 31/3. Salmon can be fished but not landed.
