Övre Ångermanälven KFO (Vilhelmina kommun) The area is open for sport fishing. A fishing license entitles you to fish with a fly rod and spinning rod, also from a boat. Special stretch from approximately 250 meters downstream of Stenkulla power station and down to the outlet of Torvsjöån applies with a maximum of 1 trout/day & card and a total of 2 trout per year and fishermen are allowed to kill them.
