Nedre Moälvens FVO General fishing regulations Allowed fishing gear One fishing rod may be used at a time Angelfish fishing with hook (not scissors) from ice. Max 10 hooks. A fishing license and valid identification must be carried when fishing. Fishing licenses are personal and must be presented to a supervisor upon request. NOTE: In the event of violations of the rules of the Fisheries Conservation Area Association, an inspection fee may be charged in accordance with the Fisheries Conservation Areas Act (1981:533). All fishing is prohibited throughout the year in the streams of the fishery conservation area and within a radius of 100 m from the stream outlet.
