FISHING OPEN: Member: 25/4 - 30/9 Member weeks, fishing open only to members between 8/6-28/6 Non-member: 11/5 - 29/8 2026 Fishing license must be purchased, costs 400:-/card and day (Valid 00.00-24.00) A total of 6 cards per week are released. 3 cards/Monday 3 cards/Tuesday The cards for sale are released here at the earliest one week before the current fishing day. Wednesday-Sunday members only. Fishing licenses are purchased at your own risk and we reserve the right to close fishing if the water temperature rises above 18 degrees. The cards will then not be refunded and the cards cannot be exchanged for another day. Since I work 5 shifts, I'd rather not see you call. Abuse of rules can lead to a police report, confiscation of equipment and a lifetime ban from the area. Protect our unique trout population and hook the fish as quickly as possible, and leave it in the water as much as possible to avoid damage. Release the fish with caution, especially during the warm months. We encourage the use of nets to prevent the fishing of the fish from being unnecessarily prolonged. Remember that the net should be knot-free. All fish caught must be reported: length, weight and date, and these reports MUST REPORT EACH UNIQUE FISH, not a total weight of all fish. Grilling is only done at existing fireplaces. PLEASE NOTE that the Dalsland canal fishing license, the Municipality card and the fishing license in Bengtsbrohöljens FVO are not valid here! Catch restrictions: Catch and Release only. Other rules: ●Barbless single hook ● One fly per rod ●Only one rod/person. ●Spinning or fly fishing, where the fly can only be carried out by the line's own weight. ●Fishing may only be done using lead-free methods. ●Minimum line/tuf size 0.18mm ●Braided/spun rope is prohibited ●All angling and fishing with natural bait is NOT permitted. We also have a recommendation of a maximum of 8 landed fish per day and person.
