Tväråns FVF Fishing route See map for boundaries. Fishing rules 1. Fly fishing with a fly rod only 2. Only a barbed single hook (or a clamped barb) may be used. 3. All fish must be released back into the river with the greatest possible care. 4. You are required to submit a catch report regardless of whether you catch fish or not. After your fishing license expires, you will receive an email with instructions. 5. Show common sense towards the fish, nature and other fishermen on the route. 6. Wading is prohibited when fishing. It is okay to cross the river if necessary, but wading and fishing are prohibited. 7. A net must be brought along to be able to catch and release fish. If you are fishing in a group, one net is sufficient. We recommend using a knotless net. Fishing for children and young people Children up to and including 16 years of age who fly fish can purchase a quota of 3 fishing licenses per day for free. Fishing regulations also apply to children. Number of fishing licenses The route is quota-based and limited to 6 fishing licenses per day for children from 17 years of age and adults. For children up to and including 16 years of age, there are 3 fishing licenses per day. Fishing license validity period The fishing license is valid for one (1) day until 23:59 regardless of when you purchase it. A fishing license purchased at 16:00 is valid until 23:59 the same day, not into the next day. Thank you for following our rules. Fishing season: June 1 - June 30. The association reserves the right to close fishing if the water temperature becomes too high. The limit for water temperature and closed fishing is 18 degrees. Money for any purchased fishing license will not be refunded if closed. Our fishing is based on the survival of the fish and if we see risks with this, the fishing will be closed. Methods: 1.
