In these cases, the sale of licenses is closed via iFiske and the notice board at the entrance is also used to announce this. Only fishing from land and posted piers is allowed. No boats, float rings, kayaks or anything else may be used when fishing. Children up to 10 years of age fish on a guardian's license provided that they fish themselves, cast out and reel in themselves, any catch is counted on the guardian's license. Fishing licenses become active 30 minutes after purchase. This means that you must purchase the license 30 minutes before you are starting to fish. Repurchases can only be made via iFiske, we do not repurchase fishing licenses that have been activated. A fishing license gives the right to use one rod and a maximum catch of three fish. If you want to use more rods or catch more fish, you need to buy more fishing licenses. After three fish are caught, the fishing license is used up and a new license needs to be purchased to continue fishing. If you return the fish you catch, it will still count towards the quota of three fish per license. You may not bring more rods than you have purchased a fishing license for, unused rods must be left in the car. For winter fishing, the same rules apply, i.e. only one ice rod per card. When angling for pike from the ice you are allowed to use up to 6 pike angling rods per fishing license. Fishing rules Fishing with soft baits that cannot be digested by the fish is prohibited. On the west side of the lake there is a golf course, when fishing there you are responsible for avoiding the risk of being hit by golf balls. At the southern end of the lake there is a gravel path, where it is prohibited to stand and fish between the two posted signs. During this period, all fishing downstream from Västerkvar's power station is also prohibited so as not to disturb the aspen's spawning. Only smelt fishing is permitted in that area during April-May. Keep in mind that the stretch downstream from the dam at Intra Mölntorp is also included. Pikes smaller than 40 cm or larger than 75 cm must be released to keep the population strong. A maximum of two pikes per fishing license and day may be retained. Zander smaller than 45 cm or larger than 70 cm must be released to keep the population strong. A maximum of two zander per fishing license and day may be kept. The trout is protected from September 15 to December 31 in order not to disturb the spawning. At other times, trout smaller than 40 cm or larger than 60 cm must be released to keep the population strong. A maximum of two fish per fishing license and day may be kept. The catfish is nationally protected and may not be fished for. Eel fishing may only be conducted three power plants upstream, that is, upstream from the Ålsätra power plant. In other parts, the eels are protected. All fish that are protected means that the fish may NOT be lifted out of the water but must be unhooked as quickly and gently as possible when caught. You may NOT fish directed at a protected species! Also remember that all fish that are to be released should be handled carefully so that it has the best possible chance of surviving. Atletfiskarna kontrollavgift The inspection fee is levied with support from the Fisheries Conservation Area Act (1981:533). Any objections to the inspection fee should be made to the inspection fee issuer (see contact details below). The inspection fee has been issued by the fishing rights owner or by this appointed inspector, or alternatively by the county administrative board's appointed fishing inspector.
