Gråbo SFF - Lilla Lövsjön Current Fishing Regulations Lilla Lövsjön (revised August 2026) Lilla Lövsjön is open for fly fishing year-round on an ice-free lake. All ice fishing is prohibited. Both daily, autumn and annual passes entitle you to fishing from land, by wading and float fishing. Rules for float fishing can be found further down. A 24-hour card is valid for 24 hours, is personal and may not be transferred. A maximum of 2 rainbows may be caught and kept per card. If 2 rainbows are caught, the card is used up and a new card must be purchased. If 2 rainbows are caught, it is therefore not permitted to continue with catch & release fishing on the same card, but a new card must be purchased to continue fishing. An autumn card is valid between September 1 and November 30, the card is personal and may not be transferred. A maximum of 2 fish per day and 4 fish in total may be kept during the validity period. When two rainbows have been caught on the same day, fishing must be ended or the day card must be redeemed. When 4 rainbows have been caught, the card is used up. An Annual Card is valid for 365 days from the date it is purchased, is personal and may not be transferred. A maximum of 2 fish per day and 8 fish per year may be kept (same as for members). When two rainbows have been caught on the same day, fishing must be ended or a daily card must be purchased. When 8 rainbows have been caught in a year, the card is used up. When fishing, a valid and completely completed fishing license must be carried. Valid identification must be brought. The fishing license holder is obliged to follow the instructions given on iFiske, the GSFF website, at the card sales points and on notices at the fishing water. Children under 16 years of age may fish free of charge when accompanied by a guardian with a valid fishing license. However, 2 rainbow trout are caught per license. Only fly fishing with traditional fly fishing equipment is permitted. All other fishing is prohibited, including fishing with a throwing ball/bombarda, spinning fishing, angling (regardless of bait or method) and fishing with nets. Maximum one rod per fisherman at a time. Float fishing is permitted all year round on ice-free lakes with the exception of Utloppsviken. Land-based anglers have priority throughout the lake within casting distance. The float fishing limit is clearly marked with landmarks (see also map). Float fishing is not permitted south of this limit and therefore you may not cross this limit with your float fishing rod when fishing. However, it is permitted to transport yourself within the float fishing rod limit as long as you do not disturb any other land-based anglers. We encourage you to communicate with each other. Float fishing with oars is not permitted. Boat motors are not permitted. Grass carp and trout are protected and must be carefully reintroduced. Directed fishing for these species is prohibited. Perch larger than 35 cm must be returned. Anyone who violates these regulations will lose with fishing rights with immediate effect. Provisions apply to legal responsibility. All illegal fishing is reported to the police.
