Fylleåns FVOF RULES FOR FYLLEÅN'S FISHING CARE, HALMSTAD 2019. 1. FISHING CARD Fishing permits are required for the right to fish in Fylleåns fishing area in Halmstad. Fishing licenses can be purchased via Ifiske and at the Tourist Office in Halmstad Fishing licenses are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged. The fisherman must store the fishing license in a distributed plastic pocket which is attached to the arm. No refund of unused card. Children under the age of 15 in the husbands' company may fish for free if the guardian has a valid fishing license. 2. FISHING RULES The fisherman is obliged to get to know the fishing rules and to observe the rules carefully. The fisherman must follow the additional instructions for the fishing, which is provided by the supervisor. 3. FISHING TIMES Fishing season March 1 - September 30. For zones 4, 5 and 6, from the bridge at Fyllinge forge to the downstream side of the road bridge at Landala farm, the fishing season only begins on May 1! 4. FISHING WAY The fishing license only entitles to fishing with spin or fly rod. Only one rod per person is allowed. Fishing from a boat is not allowed. Fishing and fishing are absolutely forbidden and catch salmon and trout trout. The fisherman must move downstream between each roll to avoid congestion. We recommend that barless hooks be used to facilitate releasing. 5. FISHING AREA The fishing area is divided into six zones where fishing is permitted from the downstream road bridge at Landala farm to Fylleån's outlet in the sea (though not from the plot and garden) see the map on the center spread. The upper section of zone 3, from Tullgren's mill and about 300 meters downstream, is open only for fly fishing. The area within zone 1 (located between E6 and Fylleån) which is specially marked on the above map, is included in the bird protection area at Trönningeängar. For this area, the access ban applies during the period April 1 - July 15. 6. CROSS COUNTRY Fishing license entitles to catch of trout 1 st per day maximum 4 pcs per season during the period 1 March to 1 May. From May 1st, only catch and release on all caught trout. From March 1st to October 1st, only catch and release on all caught salmon. Released and fat-cut fish are not included in the quotas. When the quotas are met, the fishery must be closed. Rainbow and grease cut, cultivated, salmon should be taken up and killed. 7. MINIMUM Calculated from the nose tip to the outer tip of the tail fin. For trout at least 45 cm. Fish that do not meet the measure must be immediately released into the water. 8. COLLECTIONS The catch reporting is very important for obtaining statistical data on the regrowth of salmon and trout and what different measures will have for consequences. Also released fish must be reported. Catch reporting must be done directly via iFiske. Drawing of an annual card and two gift certificates of SEK 500 takes place on submitted reports after the end of the fishing season.
