Medskogssjöns SFK Fishing license: We use digital fishing licenses via IFiske. Fishing licenses can also be purchased at Medskogssjön camping reception. The fishing licenses are personal and identity must be proven with identification, valid for 1 rod and a maximum of 3 fish per card. If you wish to use more rods or catch more fish, more cards must be solved. Children up to and including 12 years of age fish on a guardian's card with 1 rod per child. This applies provided that they fish themselves, cast out and reel in themselves, any catch is counted on the guardian's card. If we encounter people where it is obvious that the child cannot fish with the equipment that the guardian claims is the child's, we will issue a control fee to the guardian of 1000.- per rod for fishing with too many rods. Restocking of game fish. If someone wants to restock fish, these are NOT counted against the quota of 3 fish. So 1 fishing license, 1 rod, 3 fish and all the fish (Rainbow Char) you catch are counted. • Fishing gear must be kept under supervision when fishing is in progress. • Fishing takes place in a community, but you have the right to demand 5m free in each direction from the rod. • Whoever is first in line has the right to the seat. • You may not reserve seats for people who will arrive later. • If 1 person has solved multiple cards, THEIR RODS MUST BE USED IN ONE AND THE SAME PLACE. • Fishing from a floating ring applies only to fly fishing with a fly rod and fly line. • Fishing from unauthorized locations, these locations are the swimming area and the island. • Burning is only allowed in designated areas; it is absolutely FORBIDDEN to burn anything in the forest and land around the lake. Illegal fishing (poaching): • All fishing without a valid fishing license will be reported to the police. • Confiscation of all equipment used at the time as well as a police report and claim for damages. • We reserve the right to confiscate fishing licenses and ban people from fishing in our lake who do not follow our rules, severely disturb other fishermen or otherwise behave inappropriately. Fishing is not permitted. In case of violation of our local fishing regulations, we will charge an inspection fee. The inspection fee is issued at the lake by a licensed fishing inspector. • Fine, SEK 500 and forfeited fishing license. • Littering, inspection fee/cleaning fee 500 SEK or police report according to the new law on littering. • Fishing after the maximum number of fish caught is 1000:- and 1000:- per extra fish. • Fishing with too many rods 1000:- per extra rod. • Fishing from an unauthorized fishing spot 2000:- (bathing spot and fishing from the island). • Fishing from a boat, spinning from a float ring, canoe or other craft 2000:-. We reserve the right to confiscate fishing licenses and ban people from fishing in the lake who do not follow our rules, severely disturb other fishermen, or otherwise behave inappropriately. Examples of this: Ice fishing tents prohibited in winter. Playing loud music. Gaping and screaming across the lake. Sitting, sleeping in the car and fishing. Park the car on the road. Acts threateningly towards fellow fishermen, fish inspectors, camping guests, etc. Parking of caravans/motorhomes in places other than those designated. Camping guests are referred to Medskogssjön camping. These rules apply to everyone. If you see something that doesn't seem right, please call/notify us on the board, remember that it is you honest fishermen who are affected by other people's laws and rule violations.
