- It is prohibited to use Powerbait, Shrimp, Worm, Corn or similar bait.
- Fish that are allowed to be caught and kept are Rainbow trout, Trout, Brown trout over 35 cm plus Perch according to the rules of the respective fishing license.
- Other fish must be returned.

Gnosjö Sportfiskeklubb - Mossasjöns Rules for Lake Moss A valid fishing license must be carried when fishing. The card is personal and may not be transferred to another person, and it must be presented upon request by a fishing inspector. Children up to 12 years of age fish with their own rod on the accompanying guardian/adult's card on their quota. Please note that it is always up to the angler to stay informed about the fishing regulations in force in the water they are fishing in. Parking is only allowed in designated areas!! Entrance is at the sign MOSSASJÖN! Park on either side of the road barrier. If parking occurs in a location other than the designated parking space, the fishing license will be forfeited. Fly fishing or spinning fishing is permitted with one hand gear/rod per fishing license holder from land, but only with a single hook. Fishing/Bombarda/Casting float/Casting ball is Prohibited. It is prohibited to use Powerbait, Shrimp, Worm, Corn or similar bait. It is only permitted to use maggots during ice fishing. If you intend to fish and release the fish, Catch & Release, C/R, do it with care, don't rush the fish, check that it is not bleeding and that it has recovered before you release it. Fish that are allowed to be caught and kept are Rainbow trout, Trout, Brown trout over 35 cm plus Perch according to the rules of the respective fishing license. Other fish must be returned. Perch does not count towards the quota for the number of fish you can catch. Different options for fishing licenses The following rules apply to each card: 1: Fly fishing catch & release cards are only valid for fly fishing with a fly rod. Fish that are bleeding must be picked up and if a fish is clubbed, the fishing card is used up and you must purchase a new card if you want to fish more that day. 2: Fly and spin fishing short 2 fish only single hook may be used. trolling/spinners with three hooks may not be used but you can just cut off two hooks with pliers so only one hook remains or change the hook. If you kill 2 fish, you have used up your right to continue fishing. If you want to continue fishing the same day, you must purchase an additional fishing license. Please note that fish caught and released by Catch & Release (C/R) must be released with the utmost care. Never hold a fish without first wetting your hands! 3: Annual pass only applies to fly fishing, Catch & release is allowed, however bleeding fish must be taken up to a maximum of 8 fish per annual pass, fish caught must be reported. All unauthorized fishing is subject to a control fee of 1000 SEK and will be reported to the police.
