Hillen and Rydsjön offer exceptionally good fishing for perch and pike. Pike weighing 6-7 kilos occur from time to time in Hillen, and the perch are easy to tempt into taking both bait and jigs. Pike and perch are the fish species that attract most sport anglers to the area. In winter, ice fishing is popular in Hillen. In Rydsjön, set-line fishing or ice fishing is more common. Hillen is easily accessible from land thanks to good road connections. The lakes are connected by a watercourse to Allgunnen, but it is not possible to pass through by boat unless the water level is really high. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 17. The association carries out fisheries conservation in Hillen and Rydsjön. We have a board that holds an annual meeting every March to determine, among other things, fishing-permit prices.
