Norresjö and Södresjö are freshwater lakes with dark water. At their deepest, they are between approximately 10 and 15 metres. It is possible to fish for pike, roach and perch here. There is both open landscape and forest around the lakes. There are also some bathing places. There are no boat ramps. The area comprises the following waters: Norresjö, Södresjö, Lilla and Stora bergagölarna, as well as Stoarp's part of Malmbäcksån and the watercourses in between. Stoarps Fisheries Conservation Association was started in the 80s.
