- Continued Catch and Release is not permitted. ● Catch and Release is only allowed when fishing with a single hook ● We strongly recommend fishing with barbless hooks (pinch the barb) ● When catching pike, the fisherman is asked not to release the fish back.

Snärjebäcken Regler Fishing rules ● The fishing license, which is personal, is valid for Snärjebäcken at Ebbegärde. ● Fishermen undertake to show their fishing license, identification and all catch upon request from a fishing inspector. This includes catch placed in vehicles. ● Fishing may be conducted from sunrise, but no earlier than 5:00 a.m., until sunset. ● Allowed fishing methods are spinning, with one cast, and fly fishing, with ONE fly, on designated and signposted stretches. ● Fly fishing with a casting float/casting stick (not on the fly fishing route) and ONE fly is permitted, IF the fishing is being carried out actively. Angling/stationary float is prohibited. Anglers must hold onto their gear/rod. ● Pacifier indicators made of plastic, Styrofoam, yarn or similar are not permitted when fly fishing. ● Traditional angling and/or fishing with all types of organic bait, such as powerbait, worms, maggots, shrimp or similar bait is prohibited. ● Permitted catch quota per fishing license and fisherman is 2 rainbow trout (special rules apply to fishermen with annual licenses) ● When 2 Rainbows are landed, the fishing license is used up and fishing must cease immediately. However, this only applies if the card holder is present at the fishing and supervises the child. ● Violations of established rules will be prosecuted and fishermen will lose their fishing rights regardless of the type of violation. Littering is considered a violation of the rules. ● Kalmar Sportfiskeklubb reserves the right to change prices and rules during the current fishing season.
