- During this period, all directed fishing for salmon and trout is prohibited in the entire fisheries management area.
- Established minimum dimensions and restrictions Salmon and trout must have their adipose fins trimmed, be a minimum size of 60 cm and you may keep a maximum of 1 per person per day.
- Grayling between 40 - 45 cm may be kept.
- Maximum 1 fish may be kept per fishing occasion.
- Pike perch between 50 - 65 cm may be kept.
- Pike over 90 cm must be released.

Forshagaforsens FVOF - Generella Regler Forshagaforsen's FVOF Fishing Rules General rules for fishing licenses Applies only to sport fishing methods. Must be carried when fishing and is personal. Fishing rights holders fish on a fishing rights card and fishing rights holder certificate must be presented. Young people up to and including 15 years of age are allowed to fish freely downstream of Skivedsbron, age must be proven with valid identification upon request. Applicable fishing regulations must be followed. Applies to fishing 2 rods/fishing license. NOTE! Inspection fee of SEK 1,500 will be imposed from 2025 for anyone who violates the rules. All caught fish that have not been released must be visible to the fisherman. The Forshagaforsens fishing conservation association can change the fishing rules or restrict fishing at any time during the season. Pike over 90 cm must be released. When fishing for slom/norse, only one net/fishing license is allowed. The catch is limited to 30 liters of slom/person and calendar year.
