Djupsjön, Abborrtjärnen, Östbytjärnen m fl vatten

Almost halfway between Härnösand and Kramfors in Ångermanland, only 3 km north of the Höga Kusten Bridge, lies the Högsjö fishing area. It has very beautiful nature and easy access around many of our waters, with boardwalks where access may be difficult. We regularly stock fish in Djupsjön, Abborrtjärnen, Hällsjön and Östbytjärnen. Trout is stocked when available, sometimes in smaller quantities; for example, rainbow trout is stocked in Abborrtjärnen when trout is unavailable. Uttersjön, Frättentjärnen, Smaltjärnen and Hosjön have natural populations of trout. In addition, our area has several pike and perch lakes. At Mörtsjön there is Snibben, a fine campsite with cabins for hire. The area contains one or more accessibility-adapted waters. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 14. Only in the company of a guardian/adult/person who has a valid permit (on that person’s quota) Contribute to the development of fishing as a sport and recreational activity and promote angling and fisheries management. Work for increased fish and nature awareness, as well as respect for the rights of others. Manage and stock fish in four of our lakes.
