Wilderness area with excellent perch and pike fishing. Naturally reproducing trout in the flowing waters. Difference in elevation 150 m from the Jämtland border to the outlet of Lövlundsån. Good water quality due to calcareous bedrock, which benefits orchids and wildlife. Good accessibility via county roads and forest roads. Wildlife-rich area with moose, red deer, roe deer, beaver, lynx, forest birds and birds of prey. In addition to windbreaks and bridges, we have built three rest cabins with outdoor toilets. Open to everyone, but may not be hired. Two boats are available for hire for use in the area. In addition, five private boats are hired out. Cabin accommodation, hostel and camp facility are available in the area. Services including shops, restaurants, petrol station and culture are available in Ramsele 2 mil from Vallen. Charging for electric cars is available in Ramsele, Lungsjön and Borgvattnet. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 15. Fishery conservation area association formed in 1995 for the waters of six villages in western Ångermanland towards the Jämtland border.
