- Fishing season: Fishing is prohibited from bridges, behind railway embankments, from private bathing and boat docks, and from bathing jetties during the bathing season.
- Fishing is also prohibited between the railway bridge and the dam at the Aspen outlet in Jonsered.
- Fishing with pike scissors is prohibited.
- Methods: Max 2 rods/person, 8 angelfish or 8 ice fishing rods and 1 roach hut.

Aspen Säveåns FVO Generally: Applies to fishing in Lake Aspen and the Säveån River up to the Railway Bridge with the following rules and exceptions in case of legal liability. Young people up to the year they turn 15 fish for free. Fishing season: Fishing is prohibited from bridges, behind railway embankments, from private bathing and boat docks, and from bathing jetties during the bathing season. Fishing is also prohibited between the railway bridge and the dam at the Aspen outlet in Jonsered. From January 1 to March 31, fishing is prohibited within an area limited by the Aspenäs Bridge in the east, following the beach to the western tip of Lessudden, a line from there to the outermost part of the bathing jetty and along the beach again to the Aspenäs Bridge. Likewise, during the same time in an area at the draw above the dam gates in Jonsered, limited by a line from the dam along the southern side of the lake to the mobile phone mast about 150 meters east and from there to the diving tower at Humlebadet and further along the beach back to the dam. Methods: Max 2 rods/person, 8 angelfish or 8 ice fishing rods and 1 roach hut. Fishing with pike scissors is prohibited. When trolling, the width of the sweep may be a maximum of 15 meters. Other rules: Gear left floating in the water must be marked. There is an obligation to show catch, gear, bags, etc., and fishing license upon request from the police or supervisor. Otherwise, FIFS 2004:37 applies. The association would like information on quantities and species caught.
