The fishing waters are located on a plateau approximately 150 metres above sea level above Ljungskile and Ljungskileviken. The largest lakes are Skarsjöarna, which are mountain lakes surrounded by forest and rock. A hiking trail of 8.5 km runs around these lakes and there are parking opportunities close to parts of the ... The fishing waters are located on a plateau approximately 150 metres above sea level above Ljungskile and Ljungskileviken. The largest lakes are Skarsjöarna, which are mountain lakes surrounded by forest and rock.A hiking trail of 8.5 km runs around these lakes and there are parking opportunities close to parts of the lakes.Stora Iglevattnet is a forest lake near a forest road. The other lakes are forest lakes that require a somewhat longer walk. Bredfjället has been common land, with several remains of house foundations, and there are some remaining crofters' cottages and several hiking trails. The countryside consists mainly of coniferous forest.The lakes mainly contain pike and perch. In Ljungskile town there is an Elon shop with a good selection of fishing equipment and leisure goods. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 15 years. The objective of Bredfjällets FVO is to coordinate the conduct of fishing and promote fisheries management, as well as to make fishing available to the public and enable fishing for young people.
