We do not sell permits here! iFiske unfortunately does not sell permits for this organisation; here you will only find information about this water. We naturally hope that in the future we will also be able to offer permits in Borrsjöåns FVO. Recreational fishing and ... Borrsjöåns fisheries management area offers fishing in predominantly forest surroundings in the waters of Borrsjöån and Storån with tributaries, as well as in lakes and tarns. The watercourses flow through varied surroundings such as forest and old-growth forest, elevated areas, mire and wetland, agricultural countryside and, in the lower parts of the system, pleasant residential development with several dams in a cultural landscape. Long sections of still flow in calm waters are combined with pools and a number of currents in somewhat hilly terrain. This gives the nature-interested fisher good opportunities for exciting experiences away from noise and crowds. Fisheries-management projects are under way in the upper part of the system, focusing on preserving the species-specific Borrsjöå trout, and restoring spawning grounds and wetlands. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 16 years. Borrsjöåns Fisheries Management Area Association manages fishing in Borrsjöåns fisheries management area, Sandviken municipality in Gävleborg County. The association coordinates the conduct of fishing, fisheries management, management of fishing-right holders' interests and making fishing rights available to the public.
