Fiskeguide i Falkenberg AB Mossjön -The permitted fishing area is the entire Mossjön, limited by the lake's shores and intended lines (except during the spawning period, see below). (From 11/11 2022 it is allowed to fish in the entire lake with a valid fishing license, the western part has never previously been open for fishing licenses) 1. NOTE! Shallow passage between the two parts of the lake (purple marking on the map) - The fishing license is valid for fishing with a spinning rod, fly rod, angling rod and ice fishing rod. When ice fishing/angling, a maximum of 5 rods or angling equipment may be used per fishing license. Pike shears are absolutely prohibited from use. - Please respect closed/private roads etc. There is a parking/driving ban for unauthorized persons. - Ignition and fire hazard! During dry periods (e.g. summer), it's a good idea to keep an eye on the fire risk. MSB has a good app called "Brandrisk Ute". The app uses a scale of 1-5. If the value exceeds 2, we/the landowner recommend a total fire ban. - Young people up to 16 years of age fish for free together with an adult who holds a fishing license. NOTE! Free fishing licenses must also be purchased for children/young people. - A maximum of two pikes between 45 and 75 cm and a maximum of two perch between 35 - 40 cm may be kept per day and fishing license. (Perch under 35 cm may be taken without restriction) All other catches must be released. The lake has a small population of pike-perch, we are concerned about these and they must be released. Eels, as they are endangered, must not be caught and must be released immediately. - By fishing responsibly, you can also make an important contribution to preserving fish stocks. Handle caught fish that are to be released carefully, with a wet hand. - To protect the aquatic environment, it is not permitted to use combustion engines in the lake. (Exception for supervisors and staff from Fiskeguide i Falkenberg AB) Electric motors may be used. - Park in designated spaces. - Please always submit a catch report after finishing fishing via Ifiske. - The right of public access gives us a unique opportunity to move freely in nature. But we must also take responsibility for nature and wildlife and show consideration for other visitors and landowners. So follow the principle of do not disturb - do not destroy. - Violation of the rules will result in a police report and ban from fishing. The lake is actively supervised by fishing inspectors. - You are responsible for checking that it is fishable when you redeem your card, we will not refund anything due to ice, storm, thunder, etc. If you redeem your card in advance, it is at your own risk. You take all the rubbish back with you. You are responsible for bringing your own life jackets for everyone in the boat! The person who rents the boat is responsible for: All safety in connection with the use of the boat. Avoid standing in the boat and always wear a life jacket. - that oars and ladles remain and are in usable condition. - To protect the aquatic environment, it is not permitted to use internal combustion engines in the lake. (Exception for supervisors and staff from Fiskeguide i Falkenberg AB) Electric motors may be used. - that the boat and accessories are restored at the jetty / original location. - that the boat is returned within the agreed rental period. - that damages and other deficiencies are reported to Fiskeguide i Falkenberg AB. Failure to report may result in liability for compensation. - damages shall be compensated by the person who caused the damage. Checks after the rental period may take place. - You are responsible for checking that it is fishable when you redeem cards, we do not refund anything due to ice, storm, thunder, etc. If you redeem cards in advance, it is at your own risk. The landlord disclaims all liability for any accidents due to external or other circumstances.
