Föreda FVOF - regelverk Föredasjön You must have a fishing license to fish in Föredasjön. In the case of a licence control, the fishing license must be presented to the fisheries supervisor without further prompting, along with valid a personal-ID. Please support the control by pausing your fishing and collect your gear. -It is the fisherman's responsibility to find out the applicable rules and regulations.-The fishing license is a personal agreement with Föreda FVOF, to follow the fishing rules and may not be transferred.-Only sport fishing with hand-held gear, such as angling, spinning and ice fishing, is allowed. -The code for the fishing license must be kept for easy ispection, either bring your mobile phone with the code or print your fishing license on paper. -Fishing without a valid fishing license/code is a crime according to the Fisheries Act (1993:787) and will be reported to the police. -Children and young people fish for free in the company of a guardian or with responsibility of their parents up to and including the year they turn 16. -Fishing crayfish is strictly forbidden. -Fishing must be conducted in moderation and with observance of good fisheries ethics. -NOTE! Grass carp is a grass eating fish in the lake and must be released immediately if caught. -Fences/electric fences must always be closed. Föredasjön Båtar Everyone who rents boats from us is also responsible for returning them in the same condition as they were when received and that, if necessary, brought fishing gear is cleaned if it has been in other waters before. Please, naturally you never leave eventual rubbish behind. You are responsible for bringing life jackets for everyone in the boat. Avoid standing in the boat, and again - always wear a life jacket! Whoever rents the boat is responsible for: all safety in connection with the use of the boat. that oars and oars remain and are in usable condition. that the boat and accessories are restored at the pier/original location. that the boat is returned within the agreed rental period. that damages and other deficiencies are reported to the association. Failure to report may result in liability for compensation. damages must be compensated by the person who caused the damage. Inspection after the rental period may take place. The lessor disclaims all responsibility for any accidents resulting from external or other circumstances.
