Nässjöortens fiskevårdsområde Fishing rules, Nässjöorten's FVO Fishing license A fishing license is required for fishing and crayfish fishing in Ingsbergssjön, Handskerydssjön and Runnerydssjön. Violation of fishing rules will be punished. A valid fishing license is personal and must always be presented when fishing. Children & young people up to the age of 18 fish for free but must redeem cards and take note of the rules that apply. ATTENTION! Crayfish fishing is NOT included in the youth card but is purchased separately via the crayfish fishing card. Fishing Only fishing with hand gear is allowed (spin fishing, angling, fly fishing, ice fishing/angling and pimp fishing). For angling and ice fishing, a maximum of 5 gear per person applies. All carp caught are returned regardless of size. Pikes over 70 cm, and perch over 35 cm are unconditionally put back. Maximum catch for pike under 70 cm is 2 per day per person. Free catch of perches under 35 cm and other "white fish" such as roach, bream etc. Fishing from boats, kayaks and floats is permitted in all three lakes. There is a total ban on combustion engines in all three lakes. However, it is permitted to use an electric motor. Crayfish fishing Fishing with a maximum of 5 cages/nets per person. Only crayfish fishing from land is allowed. Cages/nets must be marked with name and telephone number. Cages connected with line are prohibited to fish with. Crayfish under 10 cm must be unconditionally returned. Crayfish fishing takes place from 1 August at 17.00 until 15 August at 17.00. Roach huts The maximum number is 3 in Handskerydssjön and 3 in Runnerydssjön The location must not interfere with fishing with a rod The roach huts must be marked with name and telephone number. It is not permitted to place roach huts by piers Only allowed between 1/10 - 31/3 For everyone's well-being Don't litter nature! Take all rubbish with you when you leave the site. Fire only in arranged fireplaces. When you leave the scene, make sure the fire is out. As a visitor, you are responsible for informing yourself about the laws and regulations that apply to the fishing waters you visit. If rules are not followed, the fisheries management area's supervisors have the right to charge an inspection fee of SEK 1,500.
