Årsjöns FVO 1. The fishing license is personal and may not be transferred. Allowed gear: fishing rod, casting rod, ice rod, 5 fishing tackle per person/fishing license. 2. The fishing license must always be carried on fishing trips and must be presented upon request to a member of the association listed below or by their authorized representative. 3. If the cardholder does not comply with the above regulations or otherwise harms the fishing of association members, the permit issued will immediately cease to be valid and the person in question will forever forfeit the opportunity to obtain such a permit within the association's area of operation. 4. The right to a boat mooring is sought from the respective shore owner. 5. Children under 16 years of age may fish without a fishing license with an older family member who has a valid fishing license.

The three smaller lakes Årsjön, Holmsjön and Grönsjön are managed by Årsjöns Fiskevårdsförening and lie north of the old industrial community of Godegård, where fishing is calm and peaceful. You mainly catch perch and pike, but also roach and possibly some zander if you are lucky. If you want varied fishing, go to Årsjön, the larger lake with a length of approximately 5km, where there are both deep areas and shallow bays with pleasant nature. Launching a boat is no problem in this lake because there is an open boat ramp in the southern part. Peaceful and undisturbed fishing, simply. The two smaller lakes are shallow and are excellent for casting with a rod from land. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 17. Only in the company of a guardian/adult/person who has a valid fishing permit (on that person's quota). A fisheries conservation organisation promoting recreational fishing and fisheries conservation measures in Årsjön, Grönsjön and Holmsjön in Godegård parish.
