Nedingen is part of the Nyköpingsån water system.The lake has an area of 448 ha and an average depth of 3 metres. At its deepest point, the lake measures 8-9 metres.There is a good supply of zander, pike and perch. Zander are stocked every 3rd year.Several ice-fishing competitions are held every winter on Nedingen. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 18 years. Only in the company of a guardian/adult/person who has a valid permit (within that person's quota) The association started in 1989. Works to coordinate the conduct of fishing and fisheries management and promote the common interests of fishing-rights owners. Grant fishing to the public. Also protect and safeguard the water area and surrounding nature against disturbances to the environment, plant and animal life.
