Sjösa Säteri General rules Fishing may only take place from the east side of the river and within the relevant fishing area. The fisherman must be able to prove his identity and present a valid fishing license to a supervisor or the police. Fishing season between 1 May - 31 December. Fishing with hand gear (spinning, angling and fly) permitted with a valid fishing license. Reporting requirements when fishing, takes place via ifishke. All rubbish brought to the fishing site must be taken home. Littering will result in not being able to buy more fishing licenses. When weighing fish, a wet weighing bag must be used. Fish that are weighed and photographed must be released as soon as possible. Respect other fishermen and people moving in connection with the river. Hook hook is not allowed. Jerk fishing is prohibited. Mishooked fish must be released immediately. Crayfish fishing is not allowed. Netting and other mass-trapping devices, both fixed and mobile, are prohibited. Catch limits per card and day. A total of 5 fish may be kept per day, except for the species below. It is only permitted with the fishing method angling. Fishing with two rods is permitted for float and bottom fishing (requires the presence of the fisherman). Five cards/day are available.
