- For zander (walleye, perch pike), the rule of window outlet 45-75 cm applies, zander shorter or longer than these measurements must be released.
- Pikes longer than 90 cm must be released.
- Perch over 45 cm must be released.
- A maximum of one day card per person per day may be purchased.
- A maximum of 3 zanders per day may be caught.

Molkomsjöns FVOF Fishing regulations with fishing license in Molkomsjön from January 1, 2024 General rules Hand gear (ice fishing-trolling) with a maximum of 2 rods per person is allowed. Angling with 6 hooks is permitted when fishing from the ice. Youth up to 17 years of age are allowed to fish for free. One fyke net or bait net per person with an Year permit is allowed and must be marked with name and telephone number on a float or directly on the fyke net. All other gear is prohibited. Bait for fishing in Molkomsjön must be caught in Molkomsjön. The association disclaims responsibility for the angler's damage to private property. Fishing card prices and rules for use Day card SEK 70 Annual card SEK 500 (hand gear + angling gear) The fishing card is personal and may not be transferred.
