Open source dataThe area consists of the western part of Lake Överuman, which is part of the flow into the Ume River. The fishing water extends from Strimasund up to Rörsundet. The area is accessible all year round and offers fantastic fishing for char and trout. We urge people not to leave fish remains or other waste on the ice or on the shore. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 15. Only accompanied by a parent/guardian/adult/person with a valid fishing permit (on that person's quota) The fish-conservation area was formed in 1989 and its purpose is to preserve a unique fishing water with char and trout as fish species.
