Borlänge centrala fiskevårdsområde General fishing rules for Annual and Daily passes - Annual passes are valid until 31/12, i.e. the end of the year. - Free fishing for children and young people up to the age of 15, but not in Båtstasjön - see rules below. - A control fee is charged for violations of the fishing area's fishing rules. The control fee is 1000 SEK. - The fishing license is personal. - Fishing licenses that are issued on paper must be carried and can be shown to the fishing inspector. A picture of the fishing license is not accepted. 1. Annual passes and day passes are valid for the entire fishery management area, also for "put-and-take" fishing in Båtstasjön - see rules below. 2. The card is only valid for hand-held fishing. Only 1 rod per card and person. No crayfish fishing, net fishing or outstanding gear. 3. The card is also valid for angling/ice fishing for pike, max 10 fishing rods/rods per card and person. 4. All fishing for trout is prohibited in flowing waters between 1 September and 31 December, with the exception of the Dalälven River. All fishing for grayling in flowing waters is prohibited between 1 May and 1 June. 5. Fishing ban 100 meters upstream and downstream of power stations. 6. Fishing prohibited within 50 meters of fish farms in the river. 7. In Dalälven, a maximum of 3 salmon may be caught per day and fishing license. 8. Pikeperch under 50 cm and over 70 cm must be released. 2 pikeperch between 50-70 cm may be caught per day. 9. Fishing is prohibited in the Water Park. 10. When trolling and trolling with a motor, a maximum of 2 rods may be used. One fishing license per rod must be carried. 11. Fishing ban in Bysjön during the spawning period for perch and pike, March 15-May 15. 12. Perch over 40 cm should be returned. 13. Pike over 80 cm must be released, and a maximum of 5 pikes under 80 cm may be caught per day. Fishing rules Båtstasjön 1. Fishing may be conducted with the following hand gear: spinning, reel, fishing rod, fly rod and ice rod. 2. Fishing is permitted with a maximum of 2 rods per person. A fishing license must be carried per rod. 3. Children up to 12 years of age who fish with a parent fish for free based on the parent's catch quota. 4. Fishing with fish fry is prohibited. 5. A maximum of 3 game fish (salmon) may be caught per card and day. 6. Fishing from boats and float rings is prohibited. 7. Fishing rods must be immediately accessible, within approximately 1 m of the angler. Rods left with bait must be retrieved from the water.
