(Valid from 0:00 to 23:59 on the date you purchased. Max 2 prize fish per card and day. Only hand gear is allowed and a maximum of one rod per fisherman and card. No trolling is allowed, neither drag, fly nor float. (The gear must not be in the water when moving) A maximum of 1 extra hanger is allowed per rod. Jawjackers and similar tools are prohibited. (tools that are not held in the hand and are self-hooking) All mashing is prohibited. Perches over 40cm must be released back. Max 10 fishing rods/ice bait rods with 1 treble hook (fishing hooks and multiple treble hooks/tackle not allowed). Trolling fishing Ljugaren, Dådransjön, Amungen and Ungsjöarna max 6 rods/boat (requires special trolling card and only 1 card/person) Trolling fishing Siljan max 10 rods/boat. No trolling license required for Siljan where the regular licenses also apply to trolling. Spinning fishing from a boat is subject to the usual cards for the entire area. Otter fishing/scissors/stand hook is prohibited in the entire area. Big Van Only fly fishing is permitted. Fishing from boats, kayaks, pontoon boats, canoes, etc. is prohibited. Only fishing from float rings (u or v shaped where fins are the main means of propulsion, there may be oars) and from land. The extent of the area. The fishing waters of the fisheries management area are shown on the attached map. In the following border waters that are shared with other fisheries management areas, the fishing license is valid for fishing within the entire water. Siljan, Ickån, Icksjön, Grundlien, Draggen, Sötrönningstjärn, Långtjärn, Berglömming, Amungen, Vålsjön, Södra ungsjön, Djuplagen, Mörttjärn, Västtjärn, Brossen, Littjärn, Salutjärn, Eliastjärn, Perchtjärn. Owners of holiday homes on the Hälsinglandsstrand of Amungen and persons belonging to Envikens FVO are entitled to fish in Amungen with all permitted gear as local residents. Fishing ban all year round Budtjarn Östgårddam Saluån Rockån/Rocktjärn In Enån between Övre Vinteråkvardammen and 100 m below Nedre Vinteråkvardammen. Ban valid from September 1st to November 30th Rockviken, Amungen (see conservation area map). In Ljugaren, trolling is prohibited and nets are prohibited within the conservation area (see map). 300 m from all lake inlets. Net fishing prohibited in Amungen (net fishing for whitefish is however permitted with a maximum mesh size of 18 mm). Prohibition valid from September 1 to May 31 All running waters (except Enån where fishing for grayling is approved until the end of October ). Prohibition valid throughout May, September and October. 150 m downstream of the bypass at Kvarndammen. Minimum and maximum dimensions Applies to ALL waters within Rättvik-Boda FVOF Perch - All perches over 40 cm must be released. Pike - All pike over 90 cm must be released. Crayfish fishing Siljan Only for local residents, fishing rights holders and property owners. Max 10 cages per card. You can only redeem one card per person. The cages must be marked with name, telephone number and fishing license number. Minimum measurement 10 cm (tip of tail to tip of forehead). Crayfishing period: From the 1st Friday in August at 6:00 PM to the 4th Sunday in September at 6:00 PM Different rules for local residents/fishing rights owners and property owners/tourists. Permanent residents of Rättvik and fishing rights holders are allowed to fish every day during the period. All netting/netting closer than 200 m from marked out nests is prohibited in the entire area. No trolling license required for Siljan where the regular licenses also apply to trolling. Spinning fishing from a boat is subject to the usual cards for the entire area. Fishing license - Same rules as local card. Valid as family card (not trolling) Running water - Only hand tools allowed. Nets, snares and snares - Must be clearly marked with name and telephone number. No more than 40% of the area may be closed off with nets.
