Transtrands FVOF Fishing licenses are valid in all waters within TFVO. In case of violation of TFVOF rules, an inspection fee of 3000 SEK will be charged. Children under 15 years of age fish for free with a guardian's fishing license and quota. Fishing may only be carried out with one rod per card. (Exceptions: children, trolling, ice fishing and angling). In our planting waters with trout, char and rainbow trout. Max 3 fish/card/day. It is not allowed to redeem more cards. Only one card per person. The planting waters are as follows: Versjön, SLångtjärn and NLångtjärn, Transtrand, SFärdsjön, Latmanstjärn, Mitvråtjärn, Lövåstjärn, Skarpabborrtjärn, Sandnästjärn, Kvickertjärn, Kvarntjärnarna and NLångtjärn, Sörsjön. Fishing ban 12/6-16/8 on the bathing jetty by the diving tower in Kvickertjärn. Please respect that it is a bathing area! Trolling is allowed in Lake Horrmundsjön and the Smågansjöarna lakes with a maximum of 10 rods/card/boat. Strict Catch&Release applies. Ice fishing/angling is permitted for Pike with a maximum of 10 rods/devices/cards. In our other waters (not planting water) a maximum of 5 prize fish/card/day of Grayling, Trout and Char are recommended. Window extraction is recommended 25-35cm. Brook char (invasive) no restrictions and should not be reintroduced. TFVOF recommends that everyone release Pike over 80cm and Perch over 40cm. The recommendation does not apply to our planting waters where Pike should not be released. Boating and floating bans apply in planting water (exception: Lake Versjön). Trout is protected in flowing waters from 15/9-31/12. Fishing in the rivers (Görälven, Fulan and Västerdaläven) is permitted after Grayling (Trout is protected and must be released). Fishing ban in other flowing waters 15/9-31/12. Fishing ban in Latmanstjärn 15/9-1/12. Fishing ban in Kvarntjärnarna, Sörsjön 15/9-31/12. Minimum size of fine fish (Grayfish, Trout and Char) 25cm, Latmanstjärn Char 30cm. In Södra Långtjärn in Transtrand, only fly fishing with a fly rod is permitted in the summer. In the winter, ice fishing is permitted. A stretch of about 2km of the Görälven River has been closed for fly fishing only. Fishing permits are sold at Stöten Camping. Max 3 prize fish (Grayfish and Trout) per permit and 24 hours, window extraction recommended 25-35cm TFVOF can close the rivers at short notice if the water temperatures are too high. Decisions about this will be announced on the website, all fishermen are obliged to inform themselves about the applicable rules before fishing. Catch&Release fishing is not allowed in the rivers at water temperatures above 18C. NLångtjärn, Transtrand is closed until further notice due to lack of oxygen. No fish planting will take place in SFärdsjön in 2026 due to an investigation into the occurrence of freshwater pearl mussels. (Choose our other waters, e.g. Versjön, Kvickertjärn, etc.). Limited fish stocking in Latmanstjärn in 2026 due to natural population of char. (Choose our other waters instead, e.g. Versjön, Kvickertjärn, etc.). In 2026, restoration work on the riverbed cleaning will be carried out in Syndån. Do not stay in the work area! Transtrands FVOF - Ställplats Max setting time 2x24h=48h At least 4 meters to the next vehicle/cart. Parking space for both motorhomes and caravans. Parking prohibited at the boat ramp! Keep the boat ramp clear for loading and unloading boats! Take your trash to a recycling center!!! Help us keep the Versjön parking lot clean and tidy!
