Eksjö Sportfiskeklubb Generally: Young people under the age of 15 are allowed to fish freely with a fishing rod, casting rod and ice stick in Eksjö Fiskeklubb's leased waters. Game fishing and crayfish fishing are not included. Fine fishing is conducted in Abborgölen and Gäddegölen. Methods: Noble fishing: Only hand gear allowed. Natural bait not allowed. Eksjö fishing club is one of the oldest and largest sport-fishing clubs in the Småland Highlands. We have approx. 500 members. Our policy is to make good sport fishing available to the public. Sport-fishing ... We offer fishing and boats in 12 lakes, rainbow-trout fishing in two lakes, one of which is fly fishing only. A sport-fishing centre is located at Åsa fiskegård by Lake Solgen. Solgen. Norra Vixen: Petrol engines not permitted. (Drinking-water source for Eksjö town.) Hundsnäsen. Södra Rokalven. Svansjön. Gyesjön. Kvarnarpasjön. Abborrgölen: game-fish fishing. Mostorpagölen. Gäddegöl: game-fish fishing, fly fishing only. Permit sales are also available at: the club premises, Åsa Fiskegård, Eksjö Camping and game-fish permits at Frendo Eksjö by Abborraviksrondellen. Boat hire: Åsa Fiskegård and Frendo Eksjö by Abborraviksrondellen. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 15. Young people under 15 may fish free with a float-fishing rod, casting rod and ice-fishing tackle in Eksjö Fiskeklubb's leased waters. Does not apply to game-fish fishing in Abborgölen and Brokabo / Gäddegölen. Eksjö fishing club is one of the oldest and largest sport-fishing clubs in the Småland Highlands.
