Hökesjöns FVOF A valid fishing license is required for fishing in Hökesjön. Children and young people up to the age of 15 do not need a fishing license, but must still follow the rules of procedure and good fishing practices that apply in the area. A fishing license entitles you to rod fishing in Hökesjön. Fishing in inflowing and outflowing water is not permitted, which is also shown on the map. Fishing licenses are personal, unless otherwise stated for a specific card. They must always be carried when fishing and presented to a supervisor upon request. When fishing, the number of fishing rods per participant is limited to two. For winter fishing, a maximum of five fishing rods per person and occasion applies. Brown trout, brown trout and char must be released. Catches of these species must also be reported. Pike over 90 cm must be released. Perch over 32 cm should be released. Signal crayfish may only be fished by fishing right holders. Violations of these regulations are punishable and result in an inspection fee for everyone. General rules of conduct: The well-being of the fish & nature always comes first; the fish and nature should be handled as gently as possible. Any fish that meet the minimum/maximum size rules and are to be retained must be killed immediately. Also respect the people who live around the lake. This means a minimum distance of 15 meters must be maintained from private plots and piers, and that casting must never be done in the direction of or near where other people are. This also applies when trolling past bathing areas, where the path of the fishing line must not cross any bathers.
