General. Fliseryds Sportfiskeklubb offers fishing in three categories of waters. Emån: 25 km of river fishing with salmon and the world's largest-growing sea trout + approximately 20 fish species. The lakes Skiren, Försjö, Lockegölarna and part of Klogöl: natural stocks including pike and perch. Hällesjöarna: put-and-take fishing for rainbow trout. Fishing waters: The club leases fishing in 7 lakes and approximately 25 km of shoreline along Emån and Kvillen. Note that a special fishing permit is required for fishing in Hällesjöarna. In Emån and Kvillen you can fish on varying stretches from Kvillen's inlet down to Oxholmarna, almost down to the Grönskog area. It is important that you look at the map of the club's fishing waters so that you do not fish on stretches where the club has no right to fish. In Emån's waters there are many exciting fish species to fish for, for example salmon, sea trout, pike, perch, chub and others. Emån also contains wels catfish and eel, but they are protected and must not be fished for. If you accidentally hook a wels catfish or eel, it must immediately be released. In Skiren, Försjö, Klogöl, Stora and Lilla Lockegöl you fish the natural stocks. Most commonly perch, pike and roach take the bait, but there may be some additional fish species depending on which lake you fish in. In Stora and Lilla Hällesjöarna the club offers fishing for stocked rainbow trout, and here you need a special fishing permit. Rainbow trout are stocked regularly in these lakes. In Lilla Hällesjön only fly fishing with a fly rod is permitted. The camp at Jungnerholmarna. At Jungnerholmarna in Fliseryd lies the club's fishing camp with a newly built, well-equipped communal cottage and four smaller rental cottages, each with 4–5 beds, for our fishing guests and other visitors. Bring your own linen. Linen can also be hired through the cottage hosts. Cottage hire. 300 SEK per person and day. If you wish to hire a cottage, contact our cottage host Jan Johansson on 073-912 68 99. Boats. The club has rowing boats in Stora Hällesjön, Skiren and Försjö and two boats at Gåsgöl in Emån. If you have a fishing permit, you may borrow these free of charge during your fishing trip. You cannot book the boats in advance. In return, clean the boat after using it. Other. Biotope conservation. The club actively works to restore spawning and nursery areas in Emån. At present, the focus is on the Jungner area, to develop it as a “nursery” for salmon and sea trout. Completed measures are followed up with electrofishing. Fishing supervision. To prevent illegal fishing and at the same time provide service at the fishing waters, the club has around ten fishing inspectors appointed by the County Administrative Board. So take the opportunity to get some fishing tips when the inspector comes to check your fishing permit. Competitions. The club organises annual club championships in ice fishing, coarse fishing and pike fishing. As a member, you are naturally welcome to take part in the contest to become club champion. You can also take part in the specimen competition Fiskeligan, which runs throughout the year. Information about when the competitions take place can be found on our website, www.fliserydsfk.se. Fishing waters. Emån. Fliseryds SFK leases a significant stretch (approx.: 25 km) of Emån, which the club makes available for sport fishing upon purchase of a fishing permit. Overnight accommodation with amenities is offered at the club's fishing camp at low prices. The leased stretch begins at Ryssäng upstream of Finsjö and extends down to Oxholmarna. The river stretch is rich in flowing sections and is excellently suited to fly and spinning fishing. There are of course several interesting fishing places. Fishing may be carried out by both spinning and fly anglers along the entire stretch. There is therefore no zoning for spinning and fly fishing respectively. There is plenty of room for anglers and no risk of crowding at the water. Usually the angler can choose an “own” interesting flowing section that can be fished in peace. There are approximately 20 fish species in the water. Most popular are fishing for salmon, sea trout, chub, pike and perch. Kvillen. Kvillen is a 4km-long branch of Emån that joins Emån's main channel in Fliseryd village. This branch (mill stream) is accessible to salmon and sea trout. Kvillen also has a resident trout stock. The river flows nicely along almost its entire length. Skiren. Skiren is an oligotrophic spring lake with gravelly, sandy bottoms and beautiful surroundings. The water is clear and the shores are flat, rocky and rich in boulders. Fish stocks are good. The lake contains perch, pike, ruffe, roach, rudd and tench. There is a popular municipal bathing place with changing rooms and toilets by the lake. Wild camping is possible by the lake. The club has two rowing boats in the lake that may be borrowed freely by holders of fishing permits. In return, the boats must be thoroughly cleaned after the fishing trip. It is permitted to use an electric boat motor in the lake. Försjö. Försjö is an oligotrophic lake with pleasant surroundings of exposed-rock pine woodland. The water is clear and the shores are rich in boulders or exposed rock interspersed with marshland. The lake is 96 ha in size and its maximum depth is 8,9 metres, located in the southern part of the lake. Försjö was limed for the first time in 1977 and has been limed regularly since then. The lake has good stocks of perch, pike, roach and tench. Försjö is known for its large perch. The Mönsteråsleden passes the southern part of the lake. The club has two rowing boats in the lake that may be borrowed freely by holders of fishing permits. In return, the boats must be thoroughly cleaned after the fishing trip. It is permitted to use an electric boat motor in the lake. Stora and Lilla Hällesjön. These lakes were treated with rotenone in the past and are specialised rainbow-trout waters. Catchable rainbow trout are stocked regularly. Fishing in these lakes is very popular, as it is of a high standard. There are also a number of wind shelters with barbecue areas. Float tubes are permitted. In Lilla Hällesjön only fly fishing with fly line and fly rod is permitted. A maximum of 2 fish may be caught per day. Ice fishing is not permitted. In Stora Hällesjön spinning, fly fishing, coarse fishing and ice fishing are permitted. Boats are available in Stora Hällesjön and may be used free of charge by holders of fishing permits. No private boats or boat motors may be used in the lake. A maximum of 2 fish may be caught per day. Ice fishing for perch and rainbow trout with 1 rod/permit (ice fishing or ice fishing with set line). Ice fishing for pike with 6 ice-fishing rods/set lines per fishing permit is permitted. Stora and Lilla Lockegöl. Stora and Lilla Lockegöl are two small lakes upstream of Försjö. The lakes are limed regularly. The water is humic (brown-coloured). Stora Lockegöl is approximately 2 ha in size and has a maximum depth of 3,7 m. The shores are largely rich in reeds. The surroundings are largely spruce woodland. Lilla Lockegöl is approximately 1 ha in size, but deeper than Stora. The maximum depth is 8,6 m. The shores have a belt of reeds. The surroundings are largely exposed-rock woodland with pine. Perch and pike occur in the lakes. Permitted fishing methods are spinning, fly fishing, ice fishing and set-line hook (maximum 6). Part of Klogöl. Klogöl is a humic lake (brown-coloured water) in woodland. The club's most wilderness-like water. To reach the lake, you must drive approximately 3 km along a forest road. The surroundings consist mainly of exposed-rock pine woodland. The lake is 5 ha in size and has a maximum depth of 8 m. Only perch occur in the lake. Permitted fishing methods are spinning, fly fishing and ice fishing. There are one or more "put-and-take" waters with stocked noble fish in the area. There are one or more catch-and-release waters in the area, i.e. the fish are carefully released after being caught. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 14. Only for members of the club/association. Junior membership costs 25 kr per year. Membership and fishing permits
