- Morjärv SAMFF Fishing season: Salmon: Prohibition period: 1 September - 31 December.
- Trout: Prohibition period 1 September-14 October Grayling: The grayling is protected during the period 15 April - 31 May.
- The sinker: Prohibition on fishing with the lead sinker when fishing in the river for grayling, trout and salmon.
- Trout: Only one (1) trout between 30 -45 cm may be kept per day and angler.
- Catch Limits: Salmon: Maximum catch of one (1) salmon per fisherman per day.
- Grayling: Catch limit 5 graylings per fisherman per day.

Trout: Fishing with hand gear only. Catch Limits: Salmon: Maximum catch of one (1) salmon per fisherman per day. Minimum measurement 50 centimeters. Trout: Only one (1) trout between 30 -45 cm may be kept per day and angler. Grayling: Catch limit 5 graylings per fisherman per day. Other rules: Permanent residents in the village, landowners and sons and daughters to landowners fish for free. Boat allowed for everyone. Fishing with live bait: Ban on angling with live bait in flowing water during the ice-free period. Mashing: Total ban on all forms of mashing. Hook size: Ban on fishing with hooks larger than hook size to No: 2. The sinker: Prohibition on fishing with the lead sinker when fishing in the river for grayling, trout and salmon.
