Bortan-Häljebodas FVOF has no fewer than 48 fishable waters. Many waters lie in beautiful nature and give an impression of magnificent wilderness.Several rivers with productive trout run through the area. The most common fish species are pike, perch, roach, bream and trout. The area also has put-and-take rainbow trout fishing in Stora Bogtjärnet.All waters available within the fish conservation area:Stora Bogtjärnet, Vällen, Borgsjön, Holmsjön, Övre Vassbotten, Nedre Vassbotten, Nyesjön, Lövsjön, Storeken, Utgårdssjön, Mynttjärnet, Stendolpan, Lomtjärnet, Stora Mörttjärnet, Holmsjön, Posstjärnet, Lilla Mörttjärnet, Möckern, Åstjärnet, Stråtjärnet, Karistjärnet, Örflyet, Grundtjärnet, Nottjärnet, Nyesjön, Blomgrenstjärnet, Mjögsjön, Djuptjärnet, Björntjärnet, Frötjärnet, Stora Bogtjärnet, Lilla Bogtjärnet, Butjärnet, Sandtjärnet, Göpetjärnet, Svarttjärnet, Nolaretjärnet, Sönnaretjärnet, Igeltjärnet, Gillertjärnet, Fjärhantjärnet, Andtjärnet, Björklidtjärnet, Klättjärnet, Kvicknetjärnet, Smala, Ulvhidtjärnet, Kobråttjärnet, Flyen, Abborrtjärnet (south-western) and Gupptjärnet.The largest waters are Vällen, Borgsjön, Holmsjön, Övre Vassbotten, Nedre Vassbotten, Nyesjön, Lövsjön and Storeken.
