Håns Byalag A valid fishing license and ID document are required for fishing. The fishing license is personal and cannot be transferred. Fishing is only permitted with one hand gear per person. Fishing only permitted from shore. For trout, strict catch and release applies. Children under 15 years of age are not required to have a fishing license when accompanied by a fishing license holder.
