Stiftelsen Glaskogen To be allowed to fish in Glaskogen you must have: a fishing license. However, fishing in running water is prohibited. When using Glaskogen's facilities, you are required to have a visitor's card, the "Glaskogskortet". The money paid for this goes directly to the maintenance of the area. The fishing license is personal, may not be transferred and must be presented with a valid ID document. Salmon, trout, char, whitefish and pike may only be caught with a minimum size of 30 cm. Maximum 3 fish per person per day. Other fish no restrictions, but still think about future fishing. Fishing in flowing water prohibited. Holders of Glaskogen's fishing license are allowed to fish with a fly rod, spinning rod, ice rod and angling. When fishing from a boat, a maximum of 3 gear per boat may be used. When fishing from shore, a maximum of 3 gears may be used. Children under 16 fish for free. Fishing / use of all types of Livescanners is prohibited and may not be used or carried on a boat, even if these scanners are not used when fishing, (sounders for vertical depth measurement only may be used) We apply a control fee of SEK 500 when applicable regulations are not followed. Right to confiscate fishing equipment and report fishing without a valid fishing license. Stiftelsen Glaskogen - Glaskogskortet Holders of the Glass Forest Card may use the rest areas, windbreaks and overnight cabins that are reported in the Glass Forest Map free of charge. Fishing is not included but fishing license is purchased separately. For children under 10 it is free. Overnight stay a maximum of two days per place and time. The card is not valid for overnight stays at the campsite in Lenungshammar. Welcome to Glaskogen but be careful with the fire!
