- Minimum dimensions: trout, char and grayling 30 cm.
- In Kvarnbäcken and Åkernäsbäcken, the minimum size for trout is 25 cm and a maximum of 3 fish / day.
- In eastern Bredvattensjön, you can keep a maximum of 2 perch with a length of less than 42 cm or 9 hg per card and day.
- All pike over 60 cm must be released.
- For noble fishing, a catch limit of 3 noble / day, at least 30 cm, applies.
- Planting of trout of 15 cm & 25 cm lengths has been done below Åsele power station.

Gafsele FVO From 2021, we have introduced new fishing license prices and and the fishing licenses apply to all waters, including precious fishing waters. The fishing license is personal and applies to 1 rod per person and card. Free fishing for children and young people up to the age of 15 only in the company of an adult who holds a valid fishing license (on his quota). Minimum dimensions: trout, char and grayling 30 cm.
