Kva-Gi-Li FVO Prohibited areas Middle River: The outlet from the pond has been restored with new playgrounds and regeneration areas for trout. The fishing ban applies from the strait before the outlet and downstream to the fishing limit. The hope is that trout and also grayling will benefit from this effort and be allowed to grow up without fishing to later go up in Kvammarn. Holmträskån: This stream is an important reproduction area for trout in this FVO. Fishing is prohibited around the inlet and outlet as well as the entire river. Restored 2016-17. Gissträskbäcken: Restored stretch with new spawning areas and for the reproduction of trout and possible hiking between the lakes Gissträsket and Kvammarn. Fishing is prohibited around the inlet and outlet as well as the entire stream. Restored 2022-23. Protected species: Due to the weak trout and grayling stock, we restore all trout and grayling. We do this to try to strengthen the stocks we have. Feel free to restore large pike, it has an important task in the ecosystem.

The area consists of 3 larger lakes and a couple of smaller tarns. The lakes have natural stocks of, among other things, pike, perch, vendace and burbot. The fish conservation association was created in 2016 and will work for the fine trout that can now only be found as occasional specimens ... The area consists of 3 larger lakes and a couple of smaller tarns. The lakes have natural stocks of, among other things, pike, perch, vendace and burbot. Kva-Gi-Li FVO is an abbreviation of Kvammarn-Gissträsk-Lillholmträsk fish conservation area association. The association works for sustainable fishing for our and future generations. The fish conservation association was created in 2016 and will work for the fine trout that can now only be found as occasional specimens in Lake Kvammarn. The association will restore watercourses to create spawning and nursery areas and remove migration barriers for trout. The grayling will also benefit from this work.
