Torvsjö FVOF All waters in the area are leased for fishing with hand gear. In Skovelsjön and Torvsjön, fishing with certain nets may be conducted. Boats may be used in all lakes. Special rules apply to fishing in Torvsjöån. Only fly fishing with a fly rod is allowed there and "catch and release" applies to all trout. Fishing ban applies in Torvsjöån 15 Sep - 15 Oct (play ban). Minimum dimensions: Grayling 35 cm. Fishing with worms or other live bait is not allowed in Torvsjöån.

We do not sell fishing permits here!Unfortunately iFiske does not sell fishing permits for this organisation; here you will only find information about this fishing water. We naturally hope to be able to offer fishing permits in Torvsjö FVO in the future. The fish-conservation are ... The fish-conservation area is located approximately 25 km north-west of Åsele urban area. From Åsele, take road 90 towards Vilhelmina; after approximately 17 km, turn right towards Torvsjö. The area comprises Torvsjöån, Skarpsjöbäcken, four lakes and a tarn system at Dammvik. The area is easily accessible and has roads and paths, and is partly marked with signs. There are parking spaces and boats for hire near the waters. Torvsjö FVO offers fine stream fishing for trout and grayling in Torvsjöån. The area also offers fishing in four lakes for whitefish, pike, perch and, in one case, trout. Boats are available for fishing in Torvsjön and Stor-Skarpsjön. Float tubes are permitted. At Dammvik there are easily accessible tarns offering trout.Fish species: Trout, Grayling, Whitefish, Perch, Pike Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 16. Torvsjö FVOF was formed in 1986.
