Zander have been introduced into Uppsalen, Västersjön and Bosjön. The area is heavily acidified and almost all lakes are limed. The fishing area is included in the municipal fishing permit.The area includes, among others, Abborrsjön, Björken/Bolingen, Bålån, Bosjön, Gasslången, Grunnasjö, Hälasjön, Uppsalen, Västersjön and Äktasjön. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 14.
