Ätran (Forsa till Veka)

The area is situated in the Ätran downstream of Åsunden, with both slow-flowing water and running sections. The running sections are exclusively for fly fishing. Most of our lake fish species are present. The area is part of a larger fly-fishing area extending between Forsa at Åsunden and Ljungafors in Svenljunga, where much work has been carried out on fisheries conservation concerning trout. Trout fishing requires a separate fishing permit, which is not sold on iFiske. A special permit is required for fishing in the rapids.
