Sillhövdingen is a large inland lake, approximately 95 ha, located in Holmsjö. The lake contains pike, perch, zander, roach and bream. The lake has a sandy bottom and is located in the middle of the community. A boat can be hired at the Tempo grocery shop in Holmsjö. Bredasjön is approximately 10 ha and located by Bredasjön sports ground. The lake contains pike, perch, roach and tench. The lake has a sandy bottom and is suitable for swimming. A boat can be hired at the Tempo grocery shop in Holmsjö. The association was formed in 1959 and in 1979 was reformed into a fisheries management area. The purpose is to conduct responsible fishing and offer the public fishing for a fee.
