Bäsingens FVOF Bäsingen FVOF – General rules (2023-06-01, rev B) 1. A valid fishing license is required for fishing in the Bäsingen fishing conservation area (exceptions see rule 14). 2. A fisherman who violates the rules may be fined with a control fee: - Missing valid fishing license = Police report - Fishing in violation of other rules (3-19) for fishing = > Inspection fee 300 SEK 3. The fishing license is personal and only one card per person and fishing opportunity is valid. When checked, fishermen are required to show identification. Fishing licenses can also be revoked in the event of an offense. 4. Weekly passes are valid for a series of seven weekdays / Annual passes are valid for one calendar year. 5. It is absolutely forbidden to throw fishing lines, hooks or other waste within the fishery conservation area. 6. Cost of fishing license: - Weekly pass 100 SEK - Annual pass 200 SEK 7. When fishing in the Dalälven, fishing is prohibited 200 meters downstream of the Lillforsen power plant and 200 meters upstream of the Näs power plant. 8. Waters exempt from fishing: Lake Ösjön, Torpsjön, Skidtjärnen and Lilla Halsjön. 9. Scissor fishing is prohibited. 10. Crayfish fishing may only be conducted by fishing rights holders and then within their own parcel of land. 11. Hand gear/ trolling: Max 2 rods 12. Ice fishing/angling: - NOT eligible with weekly pass. - Annual passes entitle you to fishing with a maximum of 12 gear. 13. Roach hut: - NOT eligible with weekly pass. - Annual pass entitles you to fishing with a roach hut. The roach hut must be clearly marked above the water surface/ice. The marking must also be marked with the fishing license number and name. 14. Free fishing: Young people up to and including 15 years of age fish for free when fishing from shore with a top knotted line, as well as when ice fishing. 15. Catch limit: Maximum 3 pike-perch per day. 16. Minimum dimensions: Pikeperch 40 cm / Trout 40 cm / Grayling 35 cm 17. Maximum size: Pike perch 70 cm 18. Special rules apply to fishing rights holders.
