Alftas fvof Fishing and rules within Alfta FVOF General rules: Fishing licenses must have the fisherman's name written on them and the fisherman must be able to provide identification. Fishing licenses may not be transferred. Children up to and including 15 years of age fish for free. If a fisherman is caught without a valid fishing license, a police report will be made and the fisherman will be expelled from the area. Fishing licenses purchased via Swish or iFiske must be purchased at least 15 minutes before fishing begins. Fishermen with a fishing license who violate the given rules must pay a fee of 1000 SEK and be rejected from the area. If a fisherman is caught violating the fishing rules a second time, the fisherman is punished with a fee of 1000 SEK and is banned from the possibility of purchasing a fishing license in Alfta FVOF for 5 years. All littering is prohibited. Cigarette butts and snus packets must not be left in nature, but must be taken care of by the user. All fishing is done at your own risk. Special rules for Put and Take water: Max 3 fish/24-hour pass (applies to all game fish). Max 2 fishing licenses/day. Max one rod and max two hooks/line. Echo sounders are permitted to be used, but live transducers, 360 transducers or similar technologies are not permitted in our freshwater and pike-perch waters (e.g. Garmin Livescope, Lowrance Active Target, Humminbird Mega Live imaging and Mega 360 imaging and other similar technologies). Each fish caught in excess of the permitted quota is penalized with 1000 SEK/fish. Maximum 4000 SEK. Special rules for Häsbosjön: Max 5 fish/day (char and trout). Minimum dimensions 25cm. Rules for other waters within Alfta fvo f. On our pike-perch waters Långrösten, Lillrösten, Galvsjön and Kyrktjärn, 2 pike-perch/day applies. Catch window 45-70 cm. All pike-perch outside this catch window must be released. On these lakes it is not permitted to use echo sounders with live transducers, 360 transducers or equivalent technologies (e.g. Garmin Livescope, Lowrance Active Target, Humminbird Mega Live imaging and Mega 360 imaging etc.). Restocking of Pike over 80 cm is recommended. Minimum size Grayling 45 cm and Trout 25 cm in flowing water. Max 3 fish/24-hour pass (applies to all game fish). Net fishing ban in the following public waters: Långrösten, Lillrösten, Galvsjön, Tälningen, Mållången, Kyrktjärn, Hjulbergstjärn and Norrsjön. However, net fishing for pike perch is permitted from October 15 to November 20 in Galvsjön.
