We do not sell fishing permits here! Unfortunately, iFiske does not sell fishing permits for this organisation; here you will only find information about this water. We naturally hope that in future we will also be able to offer fishing permits for Nedre Hårkans FVOF. Nedre Hår ... Nedre Hårkan's fish conservation area; the lower parts of this river, whose headwaters are in Norway, are primarily known for grayling fishing, but there is also a fine trout stock that appears to thrive and is increasing in number. Here you have the opportunity for fine fishing in a wonderful environment and, in addition, the chance to catch really fine specimens of the “queen of the streams” – the grayling. Specimens around 1 kilo are not unusual; fish over 1,5 kilos are caught from time to time. Trout between 2-3 kilos and larger are caught regularly. Caddisflies dominate the menu for the fish in this water, which means that evening/night fishing is often the best time to fish. Grayling fishing is normally best after midsummer and lasts until the end of September. The stretch is suitable for fly fishing, with calm currents that are easy to wade in most places. Calm deeper pools also suit the spin fisher. Spinning can also be preferable during the early season because of the high water level. Recommended fishing places are Medseleströmmen, Husholmen, Holmen, Oxforsen, around the island of Framstensöra, Brattstan, Hammaren and Prisgårdsbryggan. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 15. Nedre Hårkan's Fish Conservation Area, with statutes from 1977, aims to promote fish conservation and fishing; safeguard the interests of fishing-rights holders; prevent and prosecute illegal and unauthorised fishing; and, for a fee, make fishing available to the public with the necessary restrictions for fish-conservation reasons. The area is also included in Hårkankortet and Treälvskortet, which are joint fishing permits for several fish conservation areas.
