Rörvattnet-Skogsjö fvo is located in the borderland between mountains and forest, creating an inspiring environment for fishing and other activities.The area offers, among other things, lake fishing in Rörvattnet, Lillkingen and Storkingen, stream fishing in Ansättån and Grubbdalsån, as well as a large amount of fishing in tarns both in the forest country and near the mountains, such as Nedre lilla Stensjön. From midsummer, trolling fishing or fishing with a streamer for large trout in Rörvattnet and Storkingen is recommended. The area's tarns offer pleasant rod fishing for trout, such as Bustadtjärn, Tallsjön, Skogsjön and Stortjärn. A new boat place for Lockringen is located along the road to Ansättån's Canyon. The place is signposted.There are waters here for every type of angler; for those who want a challenge, for those who want peace and quiet, for those who want easy fishing or want the fish to bite often.A real challenge is fishing in Långtjärn, where large trout of a kilo and above can be seen rising and jumping in the water. Here, part of the challenge is finding the right bait for the day; worm, spinner or fly? In winter, jig fishing for char in the lakes Rörvattnet, Storkingen and Skogsjön is a pleasant experience, where there is a good chance of getting a really fine char on the hook.Most of the waters within the area are easily reached via forest roads. Thanks to the large number of waters, you rarely need to crowd with others. At many of the waters there are wind shelters and barbecue areas. Information boards and marked paths guide the angler correctly within the area.A water for the challenger: A real challenge is fishing in Långtjärn, where you can see large trout of a kilo and above rising and jumping in the water. Rörvattnet-Skogsjö FVO constitutes an association of fishing-rights owners and fishing-rights holders within the Rörvattnet-Skogsjö land division association. The purpose is to promote the development of sport fishing and fisheries management.
