Tångböle byalags samfällighetsförening The fishing license is valid on the western side of Lake Gevsjön, the border is between the inlet and outlet, the license is also valid upstream of the Tångböle stream, but only from the western side of the stream. Fishing may only be done with one rod, the rod used must be carried by hand or immediately accessible to the angler at all times. Allowed gear is fly rod, reel rod, spinning rod and ice rod. When fly fishing, a maximum of 3 flies may be on the cast. When fishing from a boat, one longline is allowed per card. Fishing from a boat is only allowed in Lake Gevsjön. Floating is allowed in flowing water. Children under 16 years of age fish on their guardian's card/quota in their company. Minimum size for trout 30cm and char 25cm. The catch limit is a maximum of 5 fish/fishing license and 24 hours. In September, there is a general fishing ban in all waters. Fishing is not allowed.

Welcome to Tångböle village community's joint-property association's waters.Here you have the opportunity to fish in beautiful surroundings, both in running water in Tångböleströmmen and from a boat or land in Gevsjön.Along Tångböleströmmen there are 2 wind shelters for resting and taking a break, and at Gevsjön there are fine bays for bathing.Our waters contain char & trout. The association has 5 Linder fishing 440 aluminium boats with oars for hire. Book a boat at Fjällsport in Duved, www.fjallsport.com Go to book online, warm welcome!A fishing permit for Gevsjön applies on the western side of Gevsjön; the boundary is between the inlet and outlet, see the boat area on the map.A fishing permit for Tångböleströmmen applies to the area marked green on the map, but only from the western side of the river; a float tube is permitted in the river. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 15. Only in the company of a parent/guardian/adult/person who has a valid fishing permit (on that person's quota) Tångböle village community's joint-property association manages the joint fishing in western Gevsjön with its associated inlets and outlets.We promote, monitor and facilitate fishing within the area.
