Hensjön offers good fishing for pike and zander. The lake is 12m deep and has an average depth of 4.5m. The most common fish species found here are: pike, zander, perch, bream, roach and tench. Boats are available for hire for 70 kr per occasion. Young people up to 15 years fish free of charge. Pike over 75cm are released. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 15. The lakes included in Hensjön’s FVO are Hensjön & Holken, inland lakes in the southern part of Gislaved Municipality. Young people up to 15 years fish free of charge.
